New Human Touch Perfect Chairs (PC-420, PC-600, PC-610) include a Manufacturer's 7 year limited parts and labor warranty. Applies to products purchased after January 5th, 2022. The Chair Frame and Structure are covered for three years from the original date of purchase. Parts are covered for seven years from the date of purchase. In-Home Parts and Labor Service is covered for seven years from the date of purchase. The warranty is not valid if the product has been misused or damaged in any way that is beyond the control of the manufacturer. Chairs are packed for shipping and require assembly. Refurbished Chairs include a 90 Day parts warranty. Parts are covered for 90 Days from the original date of purchase. Extended Warranties can be purchased to extend the In-Home parts and labor service portion of the warranty to a total of 2 or 5 years.
